Miguel

1996-2010

It was with sincere sadness I learned recently that Miguel, our uncles' Cocker Spaniel, had passed away.

Miguel, well into his fifteenth year, was as loyal and devoted as he was pampered. The relationship between he and his owners was not only reciprocal, it was symbiotic. He provided as much joy and love as he received.

I had the great opportunity to capture Miguel's likeness for a limited-edition set of prints, commissioned by my girlfriend for our uncles. There is more on that story here.

More than that though, I had the opportunity to actually know Miguel, and I must admit, I am certainly richer for the experience.
