2002 Budget Awareness Campaign

The City of Ottawa required an awareness campaign for the city's 2002 budget. Because of a recent amalgamation of communities into the city fold, many residents were concerned about the implications of potentially higher taxes.

The campaign focused on presenting the value propositions inherent in a balanced budget along with improved access to services.
